It's confirmed!  Not only by US Weekly.  But by the palace itself!  Kate Middleton is pregnant.

I cannot wait to see this beautiful woman become a mother.  I bet she will do it with grace, with poise, and with little to no weight gain.  Seriously, how does she maintain that weight?!  I can't even imagine the discipline that must take.  I myself am always just like 1 peanut M&M away from busting my pants button off.

 

If the palace is publicly confirming the news, than she must be at least 3 months pregnant with nary a sign of a baby bump.  I just couldn't be more thrilled to see her blossom into a royal mum!

 

But for now I just hope she feels better.  The poor thing is hospitalized for crying out loud!  She has Hyperemesis Gravidarum, acute morning sickness.  That truly just sounds wretched.

 

In other baby news, Jessica Simpson is pregnant for the second time, just 7 months on the heels of her first baby's birth.  I've heard a lot of people say that she is crazy to want to gain back all the weight she just so famously lost for $4 million.  But I'm on Jessica's side.  Pop those babies out just as fast as you want.  As a mother, you have the rest of your life to get paid millions to lose weight.  Oh wait, no.  That's just Jess.

Indian Feast Made Fast and Easy...and Cheap!!

Do you ever crave an Indian feast but not want to spend restaurant spices to get your fill?? Well I have got just the thing for you. Simmer Sauces! I am sure there are several out there, but these are the two brands I've tried from the International Aisle at Harris Teeter. They are near the Soy Sauce.

It is SOO easy to make a luscious Indian meal. Just grab these few ingredients below:

1) Simmer Sauce

2) Jasmine Rice (how is this rice so good??)

3) Your meat of choice! I went crazy last night and did a combo of chicken and shrimp.

Saute meat, add simmer sauce, and simmer until meat is done and rice is cooked! It's so easy and the finished product is a warm bowl of Indian delight.

Of course the above picture looks more like dog food than an Indian feast, but that's just because I'm too lazy to use my real camera and instead continue to take sub par quality pictures with my phone. That's why this sauce is so good for a lazy girl like me!

Make this tonight! You can make the whole jar, meat, and rice for about $10 and that makes 3 servings. Booya!

A Baby's a'Comin

Have y’all seen these recent pics of Jessica Simpson (click here for link to pics)? Even though she still isn’t confirming that she’s pregnant, if she isn’t than homegirl just ate the biggest burrito that Texas has to offer…like 45 days in a row.

The real ass kicker about this story is that she’s allegedly shopping around her big pregnancy reveal for $500,000. After seeing these pictures, if anyone actually decides to pay that much to reveal the most obvious news of the Fall season, that’s just fine, because clearly they just don’t need that $500,000 and are looking for a quick way to get rid of it.

I’m so happy for ya Jess! But let’s call a spade a 2nd trimester spade here and let the cat out of the bag. That cat being the fact that you are really, really, really pregnant.

I don't know what I absolutely think I do know

I was driving to Greensboro this weekend and heard a major blast from the past on the radio: "I Think I'm in Love" by Jessica Simpson.

Two things about this song.

1) This lyric (found here): "I don't know what's gotten into me, But, I think I know what it is."

So which is it Jess? You do or you don't?! Personally, I think you do. It's just more fun to seem ditsy, no?

2) Just try singing every word to that song out loud and not getting a raging nasal headache. It's not possible.

I don't know about the rest of the population, but the vocal gods did not intend for me to hit those high notes. The back of my throat and my inner ears were punished for the rest of the car ride.

All in all, definitely not Jessica's best work. It did, however, make me really miss her singing voice and her brief attempt at being a dancer.
