I've bee taking a lot of walks this summer in a community that has a very slow speed limit.
This means that the cars pass me at a slow speed, affording me a very up close glimpse of their driving behavior.
Now I don't want to sound like Tyra Banks, but I'm not going to lie to you gang, about 90% of the drivers I've seen have been intently texting or reading emails on their phones. Like, not looking at the road. At all.
And I know there's just no way that this behavior is exclusive to the slow speed limit on their summer vacation. That means the roads out there are a dangerous place to be!
