Negative Situation

Last night the Situation "helped" Roast Donald Trump.

Watch at your own risk. You will feel embarrassed. Even if you are watching alone.

Low Note

Hey Glee, every jazz dance I did in my pre-teens called. They want their jazz boots back.

Also, those original songs t'were not the best. The last one reminded me of something Aqua would sing.

Jazz hands!

Food > Hygiene ?

Is anyone else watching Bethenny Ever After on Bravo? I bet not...but bear with me.

http://www.buddytv.com/articles/the-real-housewives-of-new-york-city/its-business-time-on-bethenny-39683.aspx

Nick, Bethenny's "Foodie Friend" is perhaps the best person to ever grace Television. Is this guy for real?

Highlights from last night's episode include him meeting Bethenny's 10 month old baby and saying, "Nice to meet you." Then he offered her a roasted red pepper. Babies love those right?

Also, he seriously reacts like a traditional geisha whenever someone shakes his hand, constantly bowing his head. Someone get this man some confidence! And a damn shower!

Bethenny herself is rather psychotic and unbearable, but I'll be glued for the rest of the season for more Nick spottings. I love a good awkward situation!

Diveats (Cheaply) - Baked Chicken Parmesan

Last night I made Baked Chicken Parmesan using this recipe. The only alterations I made are that I didn't use Parmesan at all. So let's call it Baked Chicken Provolone? I added a slice of Light Provolone on top in the last few minutes of baking instead of adding grated cheese to the bread crumb mixture. Me thinks the result was much creamier.

And obviously I added some tomato sauce on top. That's required right?

This was totally in my budget challenge too, as I had almost all the ingredients on hand! I paired the meat with a lil' steamed broccoli.

I'm not lying to you, this is one of the best things I've ever made. It was SO easy and SOOOO delicious and decadent. I shouldn't have made 2 breasts though (one for tonight's dinner), because I ended up eating part of that it was so good! Dinner tonight will be scant indeed.

This is fo' sho' going in my monthly repertoire! Make it!

Aggressive Non-Interest

Here's something I've never done before. Or thought about. Or even considered.

Filling out an NCAA bracket. 'Tis my maiden voyage into the world of caring about sports.

You know how I know I'm going to rock this bracket? Not just because I picked my teams based on names that gave me the best feeling in my heart. But mostly because while writing this post I had to wait until it was an appropriate time in Utah to call my husband to ask what the hell these are even called. Brackets. Brackets!

Daily Mariah

Well, duh! Who doesn’t get a psychologist for their puppies during trying emotional times?

Apparently Mariah Carey has hired a pet shrink to help her new puppies cope with the impending arrival of her butterfly twins.

While this is 100% ridiculous, I can’t think of anyone that might actually be a better candidate for a pet therapist than the K-9 pets of one Mariah Carey. All them bitches be crazy.
